These devices are reactors destined to the realization of hydrothermal synthesis. Usually consists of an external metallic pressure vase, an internal Teflon vase with hermetic seal and security valve. It is possible to use a thermocouple in order to monitor the internal temperature, mechanical agitation, and manometer. - Hydrothermal reactor; Reactor for hydrothermal and solvothermal reactions.
