This device is destined for the pressing of powdered samples in order to obtain a tablet. It consists of a circular insert, with or without hermetic seal for vacuum use or atmosphere control.

The press guide consists of the auxiliary equipment for maintaining aligned sample inserts. They ensure that the punch is inserted in an aligned manner on the sleeve of the insert, thereby preventing locking of the assembly. The pressing mold is inserted between the lower and upper platforms, leading to a uniform and guided pressing of the samples.
